Description
The magician announces it is time to bake a very special birthday cake, complete with pink icing, candles, & sprinkles. Five volunteers are invited onto the stage to help.
The magician brings out five beautifully printed silks, representing the ingredients of a cake & gets the audience to shout out what each one as they are displayed.
SUGAR, BUTTER, EGGS, FLOUR & JAM.
Each silk is 30cm (approx 12″) square with a rolled hem. They are bright, colourful & printed on both sides, so you can display the silk any side. They are extremely high – quality & look stunning even from the back row.
Now the magician brings out a specially printed cloth bag with a mixing bowl on. It is shown completely empty. One by one each volunteer places their ingredient silk inside (the bowl). With a playful wave and magic words the bag is turned around to show a cooker. The oven is now on! The magician reaches inside & pulls out…. a silk of a cake, but it has gone wrong. The cake is not right.
But not to worry, the cake is put back into the oven, a magical wave & another reach into the bag reveals a larger 60cm (18″) silk showing the finale, a beautiful birthday cake with pink icing, lit candles & sprinkles!!!
At the end the bag is ripped open to show nothing is inside & it was made entirely by magic!!!
Easy to perform, & reset. Lightweight, packs flat & easy to transport as it takes up no room.
Comes complete with full colour written instructions with a full routine, but of course many will enjoy coming up with their own unique way of presenting the effect. Only limited by your own imagination!!!
